A.- Our representatives want to help you with any questions or online requests. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response on online submissions for contact.
Q.- Do you accept returns/exchanges?
A.- We will happily refund or exchange your purchase (at equal or lesser value) within 30 days of purchase.
Q.- To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
A.-We ship anywhere to the US for free. Please allow for 1-3 business days for processing any orders. A tracking number will be provided once an order has been processed and is out for delivery.
Q.- Do you ship packages internationally?
A.-No shipping internationally at this time.

A.- It is important to handle fine jewelry with care. Biggy Collections provide spray cleaner and wipes for purchase to keep the luster in your bracelets shining bright. If for any reason within 30 days your bracelet is not up to Biggy standards we will happily refund or exchange your item (at equal or lesser value).
